FORGOTTON AUSTRALIANS AND THE FORGOTTEN GENERATION
Forgotten Australians are persons who experienced institutional or out of home care as children.
Approximately 500,000 Australians experienced all or part of their childhood in an orphanage or other forms of out of home care during the last century.
This practice proudly provides counselling services to Forgotten Australians through Not for Profit organisations who are funded to supply counselling for Forgotten Australian’s.
Currently working with three NFP, Leonie considers it a privilege to assist Forgotten Australians and the Forgotten Generation with supportive counselling.
